1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We are committed to serving customers worldwide. We currently ship to over 200 countries and regions through partnered international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. Deliverability to your specific location will be validated in real-time during checkout based on your provided shipping address. We apologize that we may be unable to service some remote areas.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
International shipping costs are determined by product weight, dimensions, and the destination country/region, and will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page. Delivery times (processing time + transit time) vary by destination, typically:
- Major cities in North America & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Asia-Pacific region: 7-14 business days
- Other regions (e.g., South America, Africa): 10-21 business days or longer

3. Duties & Taxes
Please Note:****All import duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country/region are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you). These charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost. The carrier will usually contact you to handle customs clearance and pay these fees upon the package’s arrival at local customs. Please understand your country’s import tax policies before purchasing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing an international tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s status in real-time on the carrier’s official website.
5. Export Restrictions & Prohibited Items
We strictly comply with the import and export laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the destination countries. Therefore, the following categories of items cannot be shipped internationally. Orders containing such items will be automatically cancelled:
- Hazardous Materials: Flammables, explosives, compressed gases, corrosive substances, batteries (products with built-in batteries require separate confirmation), alcohol, perfumes, etc.
- Controlled Items: Weapons and replicas, ammunition, police equipment, narcotics, psychotropic substances, etc.
- Prohibited Goods: Products made from endangered species (e.g., ivory), counterfeit currency and securities, goods that infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Goods Prohibited by Local Law: Certain countries have specific restrictions on food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, books, and publications.
- Others: Currency, precious metals, cultural relics.
